MARIGOLD

Marigold, a genus encompassing 50 species of annual or perennial herbaceous plants, belongs to the Asteraceae family. These plants are part of the various groups known as marigolds in English. The genus Tagetes was first described by Carl Linnaeus in 1753. It is believed to support skin health and aid in wound healing. Moreover, it may offer benefits for treating eczema, stomach ulcers, and bacterial vaginosis.
